Iron Body Boot Camp
Wednesdays @ 8PM – Saturdays @ 9AM
Join us for our Iron Body Boot Camp held every week on Wednesdays and Saturdays! Our own Coach Ryan will put our group through circuit style stations with a ton of variety and fun. Trust us, you haven’t done anything like this before.
Bring a friend or two and come on out! Classes are held every week unless otherwise stated. You might want to ensure you are on time as classes are a first come first serve basis. Class capacity maxes out at 12 participants.

Michelle approached us early 2016 to help prepare her for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. She is a Canadian Freestyle Wrestler competing out of the Niagara Region. Michelle wanted to continue refining her physicality while remaining injury free in preparation for August. After many sessions together, Michelle was ready to taper for her event.
She represented Canada with passion and we couldn’t be more proud. Way to go Michelle!
